how should I care for my bikinis?

Our signature fabric is very delicate.

Please only rinse, or hand wash with mild soap in cold water.

Wash like colors together, as colors may bleed upon the first few washes.

Lie flat to dry in the shade.

shipping, returns & exchanges

how long will my order take?

Domestic (U.S. & Hawai'i) orders typically ship same-day or within 1 business day after placing an order.

We offer standard shipping (2-5 days once shipped) or various paid options for faster delivery.

International orders can take anywhere from 3-21+ business days, depending on customs processing.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return. Scrunchies are final sale.

Domestic Returns

Return/exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Please print and ship your package within 7 days of receiving your label. Labels will expire if the package has not been accepted by the carrier within 7 business days.

At this time, QR code returns are unavailable, so a printer is required to use our prepaid labels. Alternatively, you may arrange your own return shipping at your expense.

Please reuse the original mailer or a similarly sized package. Oversized or alternative packaging may result in additional postage charges, which will be the customer’s responsibility.

Approved domestic returns are subject to a $15 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This helps offset the cost of return shipping and processing. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

If a returned item does not meet our return standards, we reserve the right to deny the refund and return the item to the customer.

If there is an issue with your piece or you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at hello@cahyaswim.com. Our pieces are made to last. Any issue will be addressed promptly!

Exchanges

Exchanges FREE within the U.S.! We'll cover shipping both ways for your first exchange.

Additional exchanges are welcome, but customers will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with any subsequent exchanges.

Our collections are produced in limited quantities, and sold-out pieces may not be restocked. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that your requested exchange item will remain available while your return is in transit or being processed.

International Returns & Exchanges

International returns and exchanges are accepted, but return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

As a small business, we do not yet have access to prepaid or discounted international return labels in every country. We understand that international return shipping can be expensive, so we may, at our discretion, contribute toward a portion of the return shipping cost as a courtesy. Any approved contribution will be applied to the final refund once the return has been received and inspected.

We are actively working toward offering more convenient and affordable return options for our international customers as we grow.

International returns are accepted at the buyer’s expense. As a small business, we do not currently have access to the carrier services needed to provide prepaid return labels or discounted return shipping. If a return is needed, the customer is responsible to arrange and pay for the return shipment from their country. We will work hard to change this as we grow & offer more options for our customers!

Please note, international duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Yes! We ship worldwide. ♡

Many of our international customers place their orders through our personalized, white-glove customer service.

We can create an order on your behalf and may be able to offer more affordable shipping rates than those shown at checkout.

do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $150 USD.

Refunds

Any adjustments are refunded to the original form of payment.

Please allow several business days after your refund has been initiated for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

can I cancel or modify my order?

We will do our best to accommodate your request! Please email us as soon as possible at hello@cahyaswim.com.

We process orders within hours, which leaves a limited window of time for changes to be made. Please double-check your order, shipping address, and sizes before completing your purchase.

If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Once your order has been delivered, we're happy to assist you with a return in accordance with our Return Policy.
