What size should I buy?

Our bikinis run small.

Consider sizing up 1-2 sizes depending on coverage.

We highly recommend referring to our size guide before making your purchase.

Care Instructions

How should I care for my bikinis?

Our signature fabric is very delicate.

Please only rinse, or hand wash with mild soap in cold water.

Wash like colors together, as colors may bleed upon the first few washes.

Lie flat to dry in the shade.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Cahya is accessible worldwide. If you cannot find your country, or need assistance placing an order, please email us. We are able to create an order on your behalf.

We may be able to provide different shipping rates than our website automatically applies at checkout. Please email us!

International returns are accepted at the buyer’s expense. As a small business, we do not currently have access to the carrier services needed to provide prepaid return labels or discounted return shipping. If a return is needed, the customer is responsible to arrange and pay for the return shipment from their country. We will work hard to change this as we grow & offer more options for our customers!

Please note, international duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

How long will my order take?

Domestic (U.S.) orders typically ship same-day or within 1-2 business days after placing an order.

We offer standard shipping (2-5 days once shipped) or various paid options for faster delivery.

International orders can take anywhere from 3-21+ business days, depending on customs processing.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $150 USD.

Orders over $500 USD will require a signature confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for store credit on bikini tops only.

Bikini bottoms and scrunchies are final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.

Approved returns are subject to a $10 return fee.

Our collections are produced in limited quantities. Once an item sells out, it may not be restocked. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the availability of your requested exchange item until your return has been received and processed.

Refunds & Store Credit

We do not offer refunds.

Any reimbursements are store credit only and will be issued once the item is received in good condition. Store credit may be used toward any future purchase.

Once issued, store credit will expire one (1) year from the issue date.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Order Changes & Cancellations

We will do our best to accommodate your requests! Please email us as soon as possible at hello@cahyaswim.com.

We process orders very quickly, which leaves a limited window of time for changes to be made. Please double-check your order, shipping address, and sizes before completing your purchase.

If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Once your order has been delivered, we're happy to assist you with a return in accordance with our Return Policy.
