Care Instructions
How should I care for my bikinis?
Our signature fabric is very delicate. Please hand wash in cold water. Wash like colors together, as darker colors may bleed upon the first few washes. Lie flat to dry in the shade.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please note, international duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Cahya is accessible worldwide. If you cannot find your country, or need assistance placing an order, please email us. We are able to create an order on your behalf.

How long will my order take?
Domestic (U.S.) orders typically ship within 1-4 business days after placing an order.
We offer standard shipping (2-5 days once shipped) or various paid options for faster delivery.
International orders, once shippped, can take anywhere from 7-21+ business days, depending on customs processing.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $150 USD.
Orders over $500 USD will require a signature confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for store credit on bikini tops only.
Bikini bottoms and scrunchies are final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.
Approved returns are subject to a $10 return fee.

Refunds & Store Credit
We do not offer refunds.
Any reimbursements are store credit only and will be issued once the item is received in good condition, tags intact. Store credit may be used toward any future purchase.
Once issued, store credit will expire one (1) year from the issue date.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We offer a Kamaʻāina discount!
Valid on orders shipping or billing to a Hawaiʻi address only.
